Dinner, Banquet Or Feast or usually our largest meal of the day is where we engage in our utmost in formality and social grace. Dinner in more exciting times was meant to be just this, A feast and celebration of this fine event of the time. Today we often eat on the run or worse yet slurp some type of food concoction out of a cup. For those of us who have not forgotten that Dinner or Dīner as we have coined from the French who are major culture setters in Fine Dining as we enjoy it today is still of high importance for those who are seeking to ernjoy enjoy life and take in all that life has to offer in every single sumptuous bite and savor every moment of the fine flavors of your meal. We lift our glass to you and welcome you to The World's Dine Award Site! 

This site will celebrate good food, drink, culinary arts and skills. It is meant to be a celebration of the good life. We welcome input from and are working with many of the World's Top Executive Chefs in the production of this site from both European and Contemporary American Influences. Whatever your taste in cuisine, We hope to feature it here on DineAward.com

Much of the World enjoys their dining in the processional order that we do such as the Soup, Hors D'Ceuvres or Hors D'Oeuvres being sent into the dining-room, and the Butler, Footman, Parlourmaid, Waiter, Waitress or now called Server enters our the dining room in a formal dining situation opens the door, enters the room and announces. ' Dinner is served." The old-fashioned formula, ' My lady (or Madam) is served," has all but disappeared today in the hustle and bustle of modern times. This site will be about returning back to a more civilized and formal time taking in fine foods of every culture. We are looking for the best-of-the-best worthy of the World Famous Official Dine Award! 

 

 If you have ever wondered. Almost every culture around the Globe does use a knife and fork just as we do here in the USA. The British are a bit more formal opting to utilize their knife and fork on much of what we consider finger foods here in the United States such as Pizza. Our British friends also use their knife much more versus here where might actually allow fingers to to help us in the U.S. Of course in China, Many still do use chop sticks. Overall, we are not all that different where our eating utensils are concerned.

Obviously the French have made a major International impact on or dining culture with much of our fine dining quite visibly flavored with their  assaisonnement to our own American menus.

The Menu De Dīner would never be the same with them.
